Base Distributing System For Controling Birth Rate,Nasional problem since Indonesia was liberated by colonizer is the number of our citizen birth or natalitas rate control.Indonesian government still try to solve this problem.If this problem not solved immediately,Indonesia have a big problemthat will cause another society problems,for example:education,economic ext.Number of birth can be minimized in two ways.First way is giving information about this important information about controlling birth rate number.This job will be execute by every village with subdistrick as a supervisor for this program.This plan include giving knowledge about using contraception tools.The second way is making new rules about controlling birth rate on every village that this progress will be done by every village chief.Giving based knowledge about this problem solution for every Indonesian citizen are include introduce what are contraception tools until this day.Information of this also important for success factor,because some one will know purpose of this properties.So with this efforts will support this success,so some one will aware about themselves needs.Informers have to inform how many kind of tools that can be use to.In this session also inform meny reason why using this one of tool and giving judgment how some one use this kind of tool for effectively reason.Another efforts that can be performed is how to optimalize this properties so can be balance with our conditions,so in many conditions of user economic don’t affect government prime purpose.Making rules for this purpose is need.This rules organize how to giving a punishment to people that have a mistake for village chief law.Giving a punishment some time is need to reduce it. This law include citizen obligation and right.This rules orgamize what the governments right and citizen obligation.So giving reward and punishment is need to control this problem.So this problem will be minimized by layering efforts with two strategies.The most important is optimalize the law so there are no problem on the future.In this life,human must have a judgment for future life especially for sons quality life.Birth rate also need for some times but in another times we have to control them for our life quality,especially for our son’s future life,because quality of life is important for establish our next life quality not only in economic but also in another matter.

Green Revolution
From 1950-1980 there are introduction of a new approach to agriculture and aclude the large -scale cultivation of new types of grain and extensive use of chemicals and farm machinery.This new farming methods purpose to get maximum production of grain and this mathods must use expensive chemical fertilizers and insectizide and also an expensive watering sistem on dry areawith this reason,many farmers can not afford to buy all of the chemical and it’s equipment.Because can’t afford so production decrease and the finally the green revolution has brought social and political conflict with food production and the main problem lies in the cost for this new methods in agricultural,so only the land owners can afford this methods and get great profit with this methods and small farmers get small profit so the next time landowners buy land from small farmers,so this will increase number of poor people.Clearly goverment and farmers need to look the over all picture and long term effect and need to find new methods that will be better than before.

Antartica pole is nearly twice in size of United States.The name antartica pole was mean that antartica is the opposite of arctic pole.Antartica pole is the coldest place in teh world,it just because antartica have a great temperature if this temperatur compared with arctic,it have 30 degrees colder than arctic.Beside that fact other fact that can be shown here is the population of plants and animals.Antartica pole have very few plants and arctic there are many plants and animals.Forexample,antartica have moses,lichenes,and algae in plants and penguins in animals.Arctic;foxes,bears,reinder,and lemmings.Land ice
covered in antartica was more closed than arctic,bacause arctic land ice covered was grouped.bacause this climate different the number of animals and plants of the two regions are very different.Antartica ice is great feature,more than 4.5 million square miles,great rivers of ice,called glaciers,and the storehouse of about 85% fo total world supply of ice.If antartica Ice were to melt in great volume,the world ocean volume will increase and sea level would rise.
